The Inside Sales Specialist is anchored in the Sales organization and will directly report to the Global Scientific Director – Companion Animal. Main responsibilities include:
Sales related tasks
- Sell and process orders for INDICAL clinic-focused products, meeting/exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory
- Manage outbound/inbound calls and qualified leads, from pre-call planning through to closing
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in Salesforce to drive sales KPIs
- Support customers with product questions and maintain strong product/competitive knowledge
- Build relationships with the field sales team to help close business in large Vet Groups
- Attend sales meetings/events and occasionally travel for product demos and installations
- Perform other duties as needed
Technical related tasks
- Maintain communication by troubleshooting, reporting, tracking and fixing problems
- Perform effective online demos
